If you have not already done so, (please) purchase TheSky for your device. To do so, tap the App Store icon on you iOS device, then enter TheSky (one word, no spaces) into the Search text box and then tap the Search button on the keyboard to find it on the store. When TheSky is listed, tap the Price button to change the text to Buy and tap once more to actually buy it.
When prompted, enter your Apple ID password to sign into the iTunes Store, then download the app. TheSky occupies about 540 MB of space, and this amount of data can take a while to transfer to your device, so please be patient.
Once TheSky has been copied to your device, its icon will appear on the device.
