TIME SERVICE REPORTS “MODEM NOT RESPONDING”
ISSUE
When attempting to use the Data, Site Information, Date & Time, Time Service utility, a message is displayed:
“Modem not responding on COMn”
RESOLUTION
1. Verify that the COM port specified is that of the modem, and that no devices conflict with it.
