      SETUP REQUIRES A DIFFERENT VERSION OF WINDOWS

      ISSUE

      After downloading the file Install2.exe from our FTP site, and attempting to run setup.exe, get the error message “Setup requires a different version of Windows.”

      RESOLUTION

      Obtain the upgrade from our Web site and not directly from the FTP site.
