    TOOLS REPORT INCORRECT TIMES EAST OF GREENWICH

    ISSUE

    When using TheSky’s Tools (e.g. Eclipse Finder) for a site east of Greenwich, the local times reported are incorrect. The time zone difference is subtracted from UT, rather than added to UT, regardless of longitude.

    RESOLUTION

    Incorrect local times reported in WSTOOLS for cities east of Greenwich is fixed in the latest copy of WSTOOLS.EXE dated 05/14/96.
