“UNABLE TO FIND _SETUP.DLL” ON INSTALL

ISSUE

On initiating TheSky install, error message displayed immediately:
“Setup is unable to find _SETUP.DLL, which is required for setup.”
“Error #103”
Setup then aborts.

RESOLUTION

There may be a problem with the CD-ROM drive letter designation (Setup may not recognize the drive). Does the user have a removable hard drive or other atypical configuration? If so, try removing hard drive (Win95/NT) or its driver (Win 3.1x) for install (this may require changing the registry or SKYW.INI to point to the correct drive letter after install).
