      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 40

      ASTRONOMY TUTORIAL “CANNOT FIND VIEWER FILE”

      ISSUE

      When running TheSky’s Help, Astronomy Tutorial, error message displayed:
      “Cannot Find Viewer File. Make sure the correct disk and directory are specified.”

      RESOLUTION

      1. Make sure that TheSky’s CD-ROM is in the CD-ROM drive.
      2. Check that the CD-ROM drive letter is correct (especially if customer has a CD changer or more than one CD-ROM drive).
      3. Try running :/Redist/MViewer/MViewer2.exe and opening :/Tutorial/Tutorial.mvb.
