CAN’T INSTALL – “UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ERROR”
ISSUE
On running SETUP.EXE, error message displayed:
“Unhandled Exception Error”
(IN50432._MP, Win32s error)
RESOLUTION
A file used for the installation cannot be copied because it already exists in the system’s temporary path. (The user may have attempted to install TheSky prior to installing Win32s, leaving one or more of these files?)
From DOS (not under Windows), the user should remove the files in his temporary path. Normally the TEMP path is “C:/TEMP”. You can determine your temporary path by typing SET from the DOS command line. This path is shown as “TEMP=c:/temp”.
Delete all files in the TEMP sub directory.
