WHITE BORDERS IN NIGHT VISION UNDER WINDOWS 95

ISSUE

Under Windows 95, going to Night Vision, Full screen, there is a border that surrounds the entire screen and is white. This is BAD, BAD.
Also, dialog boxes have a white border.

RESOLUTION

Under Window 95, in Night Vision mode the two white lines bounding the bottom and right of the Sky Display are changed to black. This fix is found in SKY.EXE with a date >= April 3, 1996.
