      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 246

      FRENCH INSTALL FAILS

      ISSUE

      After TheSky Version 5 on a French local machine, TheSky will not run because SS32.DLL and Otherss.dll cannot be found.

      RESOLUTION

      Move any DLLs not found into the C:/Program Files/Common Files/System Folder (the French equivalent of this folder).
