      CANNOT ALIGN SGT-MAX

      ISSUE

      When performing the two-star alignment, TheSky shows a large difference in angular separation.

      RESOLUTION

      This can be the result of any of numerous causes. To help determine the actual cause, the user should obtain Software Bisque’s “Software Guided Telescope System” document, which is available in PDF form on our web site (http://www.bisque.com/thesky/brian/document.htm).

      This document includes set-up and troubleshooting tips. If the problem persists beyond the scope of this document, more focused assistance can be obtained from our technical support staff.
