ERROR SHOWING IMAGE (PICTURE) WITHIN THESKY

ISSUE

The Sky Display shows an Image symbol, but when the user tries to view the image -or picture- by clicking on Image symbol in Sky Display, or Image button in Object Information dialog, an error message is displayed:

“Cannot find (path/file)”

RESOLUTION

Check the following:

1. If the .SDB file is not located in the same folder as the media files, then the source (.TXT or .DAT) file must specify the location of each media file, and the .SDB file must have its File Name field set up to point to this information.
