    Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 22

    “ERROR OPENING FILE /SINGLE/STERGSC.PLT”

    ISSUE

    On running TheSky, error message displayed:
    “Error opening file /Single/STERGSC.PLT”
    TheSky may run, but no data displayed.

    RESOLUTION

    The shortcut/icon may be pointing to an earlier version of TheSky (try running from the Explorer/File Manager). If this works, the user needs to change the properties of his shortcut/icon to match the new version’s location.
