      RESOLUTION

      SYMPTOMS
      ========================================================
      During installation, the user encounters an error message containing
      the error code -119 and the installation is aborted.

      CAUSE
      ==========================================================
      Error code -119 indicates that a self-registering component (DLL, or OCX)
      cannot be registered with the system. If any system component that the self-registering file is dependent upon is not present, the file cannot be registered.

      RESOLUTION

      If the error code -119 is encountered during installation of RASCLIENT, RASSERVER or ORCHESTRATE:
      User should install the latest version of TheSky and/or CCDSoft THEN REBOOT THE COMPUTER. This ensures that the latest operating system files are present so that the self-registering components of these applications can be properly registered. The above applications can now be properly installed.

      If the error code -119 is encountered during installation of THESKY, CCDSOFT, TPOINT: Contact Software Bisque for further instructions.
