      THESKY V2 INSTALLATION CAN’T CREATE DIRECTORY

      ISSUE

      When attempting to install TheSky v2 (or any of the OEM version), immediately after specifying the installation directory, error displayed:

      “You need rights to create this directory; see the network administrator.”
      ( OK )
      (with green check mark on OK button)

      RESOLUTION

      Windows is not permitting the installation program to create a folder (directory). Try creating the directory manually (e.g. using Explorer) before running the installation program.
