      REALSKYVIEW/CCDSOFT NO IMAGE FOUND TO EXTRACT

      ISSUE

      Trying to display a target image from RealSkyView or CCDSoft always results in the error message:

      “No image found to extract.”

      RESOLUTION

      1. Check the DSS Setup options to verify that the path is correct.
      2. Make sure the “Low compression (requires 102 CD-ROM set)” option is not selected.
      3. If the above does not solve the issue, uninstall, then reinstall the software. (Macintosh: Trash the RealSkyView Application folder and reinstall.)
