THESKY’S TOOLS UTILITIES DEFAULT TO OLD DATE

ISSUE

When using the various WSTOOLS utilities from TheSky’s Tools menu (Solar System View, Conjunction Finder, Eclipse Finder, Jovian Moons, Moon Phase Calendar), they default to the same, old date.

RESOLUTION

In order to refresh the date which TheSky passes to its WSTOOLS utilities, follow this procedure:

1. Open the Data, Site Information dialog, and switch to the Date and Time sheet.
2. Choose OK from the bottom of the dialog.
3. Save the current document (File, Save).

Now, whenever this document is loaded, the Tools utilities will default to the date and time shown in step 1.
