TRACK & ACCUMULATE WINDOW DOESN’T APPEAR

ISSUE

After using the Track & Accumulate feature a small number of times, its “Drag a small rectangle around a bright star” dialog no longer appears.

RESOLUTION

The dialog is being placed higher on the screen with each use. Depending upon screen resolution, this can cause it to dissappear as early as the second or third iteration.

This has been corrected in CCDSoft v4.00.010. Until the update is obtained, a work-around is to drag the dialog to the lower part of the screen before choosing OK or CANCEL. This should offset the “climbing” effect.
