      WHEN REALSKYVIEW IS LAUNCHED, THE MOUSE FREEZES

      ISSUE

      When RealSkyView is launched from the Mac desktop, the program starts normally, but the mouse no longer moves. The computer must be restarted at this point.

      RESOLUTION

      If the system stops responding when RealSkyView is launched on the Macintosh, try trashing the RealSkyView Preferences file. It is located in the Preferences folder in the System folder on the hard drive.

      Macintosh HD:System Folder:Preferences:RealSkyView Preferences)
