      PRINTER ONLY PRINTS IN RED, BLUE AND GRAY

      ISSUE

      The printer only prints red and blue and shades of gray

      RESOLUTION

      If the printer is not printing the full range of colors, check the printer setup. Typically, the factor settings can be restored and allow the full range of colors to print.
