      REALSKYVIEW HANGS AT STARTUP

      ISSUE

      When RealSkyView icon is double-clicked, the application attempts to start (the hourglass appears), then the system stops responding.

      RESOLUTION

      If the system stops responding when RealSkyView is launched on the Macintosh, try trashing the RealSkyView Preferences file. It is located in the Preferences folder in the System folder on the hard drive.
      (Example path:
      Macintosh HD:System Folder:Preferences:RealSkyView Preferences)
