    ERROR #102 (REQUIRES DIFFERENT VERSION OF WINDOWS)

    ISSUE

    On running Setup, error message displayed:
    “Setup requires a different version of Windows. Check to make sure that you are running Setup on the Windows platform for which it is intended. Error #102.”

    RESOLUTION

    The user is probably installing under Windows 3.1x. They must install Win32s first (provided with our software), which will allow their 16-bit Windows to run 32-bit applications. Refer to the included document “Attention Windows 3.1x Users”.
