      CANNOT DISPLAY DSS IMAGES

      ISSUE

      RealSkyView for the Mac is giving error messages such as “Cannot open, disk is locked” and “cannot open 68K” (the user could not remember the exact messages).

      RESOLUTION

      Make sure the RealSkyVeiw application is installed correctly and that the user understands the Macintosh OS method of trashing CD-ROMs to eject them.
