      REALSKYVIEW ERROR WHEN NEW CD-ROM REQUESTED

      ISSUE

      After RealSkyView requests a specific CD-ROM, error message displayed:

      “System error. Please verify DSS Setup parameters and make sure you have the correct disk in the CD-ROM drive.”

      RESOLUTION

      Macintosh user:
      Install the latest system software (7.5.1 or later). The 512 K byte DSS CD-ROMs cannot be read by the older system software.
