How Do I Change the Password for My Software Bisque Account?

ISSUE

I want to change my Software Bisque account password. How can I do this?

RESOLUTION

To change the password used to access your Software Bisque account:

1. Sign in to http://www.bisque.com.  If you don't know how, or can't, click here for instructions.
2. Click the Edit link (next to your sign in name in the upper right corner of the page).
3. From the Sign-in Information tab, click the Change Password link under Sign In Information.
4. Enter your current password in the Current Password box.
5. Enter the new password into New Password and Re-enter Password boxes.
6. Click the Change Password button.
7. Critical step: Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Your Profile page and click the Save button.
