THE .LOG FILE EXTENSION IS ASSOCIATED WITH PRECISIONPEC
ISSUE
The file extension “.LOG” is associated with PrecisionPEC each time PrecisionPEC is launched. Therefore, double clicking on any file that has the “.LOG” extension from the Windows Explorer causes the file to be opened with PrecisionPEC. This file association may not be desired, since the “.LOG” extension is common to data files created by other applications.
RESOLUTION
-
Download PrecisionPEC version 1.0.0.5 or later from http://www.bisque.com/download
-
Click Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs, and then uninstall the existing version of PrecisionPEC.
