      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 1161

      CONNECTING THESKY6 TO AUTOMADOME RESULTS IN THE ERROR “NO SUCH INTERFACE SUPPORTED”

      ISSUE

      When connecting TheSky6 to Automadome (Dome, Link, Establish) the following error “No such interface supported” is displayed.

      RESOLUTION

      1. Manually register the following four DLLs. For instructions on how to register a DLL, see http://www.bisque.com/support/sbkb2/1077.asp

      IRASDome.dll
      IRASDomeSink.dll
      IRASObservatory.dll
      IRASApp.dll

      2. Reboot and see if the problem persits.
