    Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 1159

    SESSION EXPIRED ERROR MESSAGE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO USE THESKY6ORDERCENTER

    ISSUE

    When attempting to use TheSky6OrderCenter, the following message is displayed, even though none of the conditions are met:

    Your session has expired.

    You are receiving this message for one of the following reasons:

    • Your browser has been inactive for over five minutes.

    Or

    • You have submitted your order are are attempting to go back and review something which is not allowed.

      Or

    • Your browser is blocking cookies. If so, go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, press the Edit button and Allow cookies from bisque.com.

    RESOLUTION

    Double check your browser is allowing cookies for http://www.bisque.com (see the third bullet above). If necessary, go to http://www.bisque.com/CookieTest to verify if cookies are enabled and working from Software Bisque to your computer.

    If CookieTest shows cookies are failing, try a different browser or computer.

    If CookieTest shows cookies are OK, yet the error persists…

    A. Exit all open browsers.
    B. Start your browser, delete all cookies and temporary internet files.
    C. Return to TheSky6OrderCenter center and see if the error message continues.
