    NEXT BUTTON REMAINS DIMMED AFTER ENTERING SERIAL NUMBER

    ISSUE

    During installation of a Software Bisque product, the Next button remains grayed out (or dimmed). What am I doing wrong?

    RESOLUTION

    Make sure to enter your name, a company name and serial number (exactly how it appears on the serial number sticker that came with your product). All three text boxes must contain text before the Next button can be clicked.

    The Next button will remain dimmed until there is text in the User Name, Company Name and Serial Number text boxes.

     Individuals may enter None in the Company text box.

    APPLIES TO

    Installation of all Software Bisque products.
