    ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAYING A DIGITIZED SKY SURVEY IMAGE USING REALSKYVIEW

    ISSUE

    When attempting to display images from the Digitized Sky Survey (RealSky CDs) with TheSky6 and RealSkyView, the error message:  

    “There is insufficient memory available to display this image.”

    is displayed from TheSky6.

    RESOLUTION

    The latest version of RealSkyView must be installed first. Version 4.10.001 (or later) is required. To obtain the latest update, visit the Software Bisque Download Site, click on the Download Free Updates link, and then click on the Update to RealSkyView Version 4.10.001 link.
