I've lost my Software Bisque software serial number, or the password needed to download a product or need new media. How can I obtain a replacement password, serial number or media?
RESOLUTION
If you registered your product at http://www.bisque.com/register, please visit the Pre-Sales Questions, Comments, Suggestions and Feedback forum at the Software Bisque Support Corner and request that your serial number be emailed to you. Please provide the name under which the product was registered. This forum is moderated, and any personal information supplied remains private.
If you have not registered your product, then Software Bisque requires proof of purchase to issue replacement serial numbers, passwords or media.
The following are acceptable forms of proof of purchase:
A Software Bisque web order number.
A Software Bisque invoice number.
The name or email address that was used to purchase a Software Bisque product (so we can find your original order).
