    THE PARAMOUNT ME ALWAYS TRACKS IN DECLINATION

    ISSUE

    The Paramount ME always tracks in declination.

    RESOLUTION

    Follow the steps below to isolate why the Paramount ME is tracking in declination.

    1. Under Telescope, Options, Bisque TCS Settings, is there a non-sidereal tracking rate set for the declination axis? Be sure to click the declination axis option to see its settings.

    2. Under Telescope, Options, Bisque TCS Settings, is there a tracking rate set for the declination axis? Be sure to click the declination axis option to see its settings.

    3. With the mount turned off, unplug *every* non essential cable to the mount.
    a. Unplug every cable from the upper intstrument panel.
    b. Unplug every cable from the lower adapter panel (except mount power).
    c. Unplug the joystick.
