      ACQURING AN IMAGE WITH CCDSOFT RESULTS IN THE ERROR “CE_BAD_PARAMETER SBIG DRIVER: BAD PARAMETER. 1006”

      ISSUE

      Acquring an image with CCDSoft results in the error “CE_BAD_PARAMETER SBIG driver: Bad parameter. 1006”

      RESOLUTION

      Obtain CCDSoft version 5.00.131 or later from http://www.bisque.com/hotfixes.

      The fix in this specific instance relates directly to the “Use off chip binning” option as the above error occurs with this option on and does not occur when this option is off.
