      VCF132.OCX REGISTRATION ERROR MESSAGE INSTALLING CCDSOFT VERSION 5

      ISSUE

      Installing CCDSoft, the following message is displayed:

      “Self Registration Error. The following files did not self-register or unregister:

      C:/WINDOWS/System32/VCF132.OCX

      Click OK to continue.”

      RESOLUTION

      Download and install the latest version of CCDSoft from http://www.bisque.com/download to resolve this issue.

      APPLIES TO

      CCDSoft Version 5.00.077 and earlier.
