CANNOT TRASH REALSKYVIEW CD-ROM

ISSUE

When the user attempts to trash the RealSkyView CD-ROM, the message “The disk RealSkyView for the Mac could not be put away, because it contains items that are in use.”

RESOLUTION

If the RealSkyView V CD-ROM cannot be trashed, one or more files is currently being used by the OS. The most likely situation is that the user created an alias to the RealSkyView application on the CD-ROM and is running RealSkyView from the CD. Make sure that the icon “points” to the correct application by highlighting it, then clicking File, Get Info command. The Get Info displays the location of the icon under “Where” as well as the location of the original file under “Origional”.
