      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 127

      ERROR CD-ROM NOT FOUND AND ERROR -2 ON STERGST.PLT

      ISSUE

      When attempting to install TheSky from a server computer, the following error messages are displayed:
      “CD-ROM Not Found”
      “Error -2 on stergst.plt”

      RESOLUTION

      The client computer must map the network drive that holds the CD-ROM to a local drive on the client computer. The installation must be run from the locally mapped drive.
