      FOVI DESCRIPTION SCROLLS OUT OF VIEW

      ISSUE

      When the Field of View Indicators list is long, the highlighted FOVI is partially scrolled off screen.

      RESOLUTION

      The FOVI Listbox no longer scrolls the selected FOVI Description partially out of view.
