      CANNOT ACCESS TIME SKIP LABELING DIALOG BOX

      ISSUE

      User searched through entire help document and could not find reference on how to access the Time Skip Labeling dialog box. Must update help file.

      RESOLUTION

      Click the time skip object on the Sky Display to show the object identification dialog box. Make sure that the time skip object is highlighed in the Object List list box. Next, click the Label button to display the Time Skip Labeling dialog box.
