      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 101

      CANNOT ACCESS TUTORIAL

      ISSUE

      Launching the MVIEWER2.EXE application and attempting to load TUTORIAL.MVB causes the machine to stop responding.

      RESOLUTION

      If the Tutorial.mvb file cannot be read, the disc is damaged. Send a replacement disc.
