SKY CHART LOOKS LIKE DOT MATRIX OUTPUT

    ISSUE

When printing a Sky Chart on a laser printer it is of very low quality – resembling a dot matrix printer’s output.

    RESOLUTION

Customer should contact printer manufacturer to see if a new printer driver is available with 32 bit support. This applies to Windows 95/NT and Win32s.

For HP printer drivers call 970 339 7009 to obtain the latest driver. HP500 Series drivers (550C 540 etc) Version 5.0 do not work under WIN32s, Version 6 of the driver does, which can be obtained from the above number.

If a new driver doesn’t solve the problem, there may be a hardware conflict.

As a work-around, use the clipboard to get the image into a different application which is able to print.
