Redeem your TheSky™ Imaging bundle coupon code!

If you have purchased TheSky Imaging bundle from authorized Software Bisque dealer, or have a coupon code, please follow the step-by-step instructions below to redeem your coupon and download TheSky Imaging.

Overview

  1. Register and log in to www.bisque.com.
  2. Click the Select Options graphic above to choose TheSky Imaging operating system, and checkout.
  3. Download TheSky Imaging bundle full installer.
  4. Install TheSky.

After the coupon is redeemed, you can download TheSky Imaging edition by clicking My account > My Downloads in the menu above.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step One: Register and log in

  1. Click My account > Register, and enter your User Name and Email Address, then click Register. A registration confirmation email is sent to your email address. Please check your Spam, Junk, Clutter, or Outlook/Office365’s Other folder to make sure the email was not routed to the wrong place.
  2. Open the email and click the supplied link to set your password.
  3. Click My account > Log in, enter your User Name or Email Address and Password and click Log In.

Step Two: Choose your operating system

  1. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click the Select Options graphic.
  2. On TheSky Imaging product page, choose your Operating System.
  3. Click Buy Now. On the top of the Checkout page, next to the Have a Coupon? text, click the Click Here to Enter your Code link, enter your Coupon Code then click Apply Coupon (see graphic below).
  4. In the right-hand column, under Your Order, make sure the order Total is reduced by the value of your coupon code. If not, try entering the coupon code again. After filling our your Billing Details and entering your credit card information, click Buy Now. 

Enter your coupon code and then click Apply Coupon to apply it to this purchase.

Step Three: Download TheSky Imaging edition full installer

  1. If you have not done so, click My account > Log in. When you’re logged in, you’ll see Welcome <Your User Name Here> in the website’s main menu.
  2. Click My account > My Downloads.
  3. Click on TheSky Imaging Edition Full Installer graphic to begin the download.  The full installer is 6 GB, and downloading it may take several minutes.

Step Four: Install TheSky

Once the full installer is downloaded to your computer, you need to install TheSky.

macOS Installation

  1. From Finder, open the Downloads folder.
  2. Double-click the file named TheSkyPro-Full-Installer-For-macOS.dmg to expand this disk image.  This can take a few minutes on slower computers.
  3. Drag and drop TheSky Professional Edition icon to the Application folder.
  4. Double-click TheSky Professional Edition icon to launch the application.
  5. Perform the one-time activation by entering your name and serial number (listed under My account > My Serial Numbers on this website when you’re logged in).  The serial number activates TheSky Imaging edition’s Camera & Devices module and the TPoint module.

Windows Installation 

  1. From Windows Explorer, open the Downloads folder.
  2. Double-click the file named TheSkyPro-WinFullInstaller.zip to extract the files in this archive.
  3. Double-click the file named InstallTheSky.exe and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
  4. Double-click TheSky Professional Edition icon to launch the application.
  5. Perform the one-time software activation by entering your name and serial number (found under My account > My Serial Numbers on this website when you’re logged in).  Your serial number automatically activates TheSky Imaging bundle, with Cameras+ module TPoint modules.

Linux x86_64 Installation

  1. Download TheSky Imaging archive.
  2. Extract the installer to a folder on the computer.
  3. Run TheSky Imaging Installer app and follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Linux ARM32 and ARM64 Installation

  1. Download TheSky Imaging bundle archive (.tar.gz).
  2. Extract the contents of the archive to the Desktop.
